1. Introduction

Atlantis Wallet is a non-custodial blockchain wallet designed for users to securely store, manage, and transact cryptocurrencies, including Atlantis Coin™ and other ATC-20 tokens.

As a non-custodial wallet, Atlantis Wallet does not hold or access your private keys, recovery phrases, or assets. You are solely responsible for maintaining control of your wallet credentials.

By using Atlantis Wallet, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

Atlantis Wallet is a non-custodial application designed for the secure storage and transfer of cryptocurrency assets worldwide.

1) No Access to Private Keys or Assets: Atlantis Wallet and its development team do not store, access, or manage your private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrency assets.

2) Full User Control: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials, including private keys, recovery phrases, and passwords, as well as all associated cryptocurrency assets.

Important:

• Your Keys, Your Assets: Remember, only you have access to your funds. Always keep your private keys and recovery phrase secure and confidential.

• Email and Password Recovery: Your registered email and password can only help you retrieve your private keys or recovery phrase. Ensure they are kept secure at all times.

• Irrecoverable Loss: Losing your private keys or recovery phrase may result in the permanent loss of your funds. Atlantis Wallet cannot recover your assets under any circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Atlantis Wallet, you agree to:

1) Safeguard your registered email, wallet password, private keys, and recovery phrase to protect them from unauthorized access, theft, or loss.

2) Use Atlantis Wallet solely for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in any illegal or prohibited activities.

3) Maintain an up-to-date and secure environment on your device, including antivirus software and operating system updates.

4. Risk Disclosure

Atlantis Wallet facilitates access to decentralized blockchain networks but does not own or control any blockchain protocols. By using Atlantis Wallet, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

1) Volatility Risk: Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate significantly.

2) Transaction Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions, once confirmed, are irreversible.

3) Security Risk: Any compromise of your private keys, recovery phrase, or email access may result in the permanent loss of your funds. Atlantis Wallet is unable to assist with recovery in such cases.

5. Limitation of Liability

Atlantis Wallet is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1) Atlantis Wallet and its development team disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

2) Atlantis Wallet and its development team are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense, including loss of funds, resulting from your use of Atlantis Wallet, including unauthorized access to your wallet caused by your actions or negligence.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Atlantis Wallet to:

1) Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

2) Breach any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3) Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in Atlantis Wallet.

7. Privacy

Atlantis Wallet respects user privacy. As a non-custodial wallet, we do not collect, store, or access your private keys, passwords, or recovery phrases. All wallet-originated transactions are secured using SHA-256 encryption. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

By using Atlantis Wallet, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to these Terms of Use.

Atlantis Wallet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, with or without prior notice.

Your continued use of Atlantis Wallet following any updates or modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
